Jim has been in the food industry for 28 years as a Cook, Chef, Manager and Owner. For the past 15 years, Jim has helped businesses create a buisness plan and launch thier business and also identified issues in businesses then corrected them instead of the owner having to close the business.

Prior to starting GO, from September 2002 to May 2004, Jim was an Information Services Manager with Sodexho for 10,000 PC users throughout the US. From July 1980 to September 2002 he was a Senior Manager with Sodexho/Marriott responsible for 18 locations in IL. Assisted in opening many new businesses in the US, troubleshot existing locations, received awards for communication, coached new management teams, developed/implemented and trained new concepts, part of the menu development/procurement/POS systems/safety/profiling/web education/food production/on-line education teams, created Pro-Start Scholarship programs that were recognized by the Restaurant Association, created reward programs that were introduced company wide, introduced safety programs that were released company wide, was a developer and beta tester for software and web programs that were later introduced. Jim's passion has always been assisting others through a coaching process to help people and businesses succeed.

When not in the office, Jim enjoys time with his wife and teenage son, traveling, all sports, construction, gardening, reading, cars, watching movies and being with friends.
